How do I receive a digital game ticket?

Obtain a digital ticket for every $50.00 you spend before tax with your More Rewards card at any participating Save-On-Foods or PriceSmart Foods stores. Maximum 4 digital tickets.

When will I receive my digital game ticket?

If you are opted in for email communications, you should receive your digital ticket direct to your email that is associated with your More Rewards Card after making your qualifying purchase. If you do not receive an email, you can view any unopened digital tickets online when you Log In to your account.

Why am I getting a CSRF token message?

This usually occurs when the web browser is out of date.

I don’t have an email address - how do I sign up?

There are many free email services available on the Internet. We recommend Google's Gmail or Microsoft's Outlook. Follow the links to set up a new email account. Then visit to become a More Rewards member.

Can I use the same email address for more than one account?

Unfortunately, our system can only handle one email address per person, so one person should get a new email address. We recommend Google's Gmail or Microsoft's Outlook. Follow the links to set up a new email account.

What is a qualifying transaction?

Qualifying purchases are specially marked items (found at participating locations). You must have a registered More Rewards Card in order to play and win prizes in the contest.

How do I receive a digital ticket without making a purchase?

Obtain a digital ticket without making a purchase by sending a 3” x 5” card legibly printed together with your name, your registered More Rewards Card number and your email address, to "More Rewards Win Win Event Digital Ticket Request, P.O. Box 3009 M.I.P, Markham, ON L3R 6G4”. Requests must be received by September 30, 2020. Limit one digital game ticket per request; one request per outer mailing envelope.

Why didn’t I receive my digital game ticket via email?

You must subscribe to receive email communications during your More Rewards member registration process in order to receive your Digital ticket. If you have not subscribed to receive emails and wish to play the Digital Game, you must reach out to Customer Support at If you still do not receive your Digital ticket via email, you can access via our contest website by logging into your account.

How do I sign-up for a More Rewards Card?

You can register for More Rewards at and follow the instructions to complete the one time Electronic Sign-Up Form. Allow up to two days in order to start receiving your digital tickets after becoming a More Rewards member.

How do I know if I am an online winner?

If you are drawn in the online contest you will receive a phone call or email from us with further instructions to claim your prize. Please note that we will contact you using the information you provided when you completed your More Rewards card registration.

How do I redeem my instant prize?

If you open your digital ticket and reveal an instant win prize message, your prize will automatically be loaded onto your More Rewards Card. To redeem, visit a participating location, pick-up the product and bring to checkout. Then use your More Rewards card when checking out to receive your prize.

What are online entries?

All digital tickets will reveal a message stating that you have received one (1) online entry for a chance to win in our Sweepstakes draws. Plus, you can receive twenty five (25) bonus entries with every participating product purchased.

A captcha is a security feature on our web page. When you click on the box that says “I’m not a robot,” some images should appear, please click on the images that correspond to the question above the pictures.

What are some important dates to remember?

Why didn’t my free prize show on my receipt?
